Allow msps to initiate a chat session with clients without connecting via remote control. This will enable to the employee to reduce call times, log and save conversations and chat with the clients without interrupting their work. Since all msps work differently, an option to initiate the chat solely from the portal side would be great as well as the ability to turn off said setting and allow bi-directional chat initiation. Lastly, the option to tie the chat conversation to a ticket would be a great addition.

ScreenConnect already has this feature, so low priority IMO unless it can be directly integrated with the ticketing feature.

There are a couple of concerns related to this feature we have to work out..
* We need to nail down the flow of these chats. Want the information exchanged over chats highly discoverable for future reference. We then need to link it to a ticket.
* We need to find a good UI space for this chat function. We don't think floating chat windows would work well.
