Allow msps to initiate a chat session with clients without connecting via remote control. This will enable to the employee to reduce call times, log and save conversations and chat with the clients without interrupting their work. Since all msps work differently, an option to initiate the chat solely from the portal side would be great as well as the ability to turn off said setting and allow bi-directional chat initiation. Lastly, the option to tie the chat conversation to a ticket would be a great addition.
