Is there a 'known spam email' community list? (Outside of Gorelo)?
Perhaps if so, there could be an option to have a quick action button on the ticket and the ticket list view so that if there is a match, then you can press "Yes Spam" Which deletes the ticket, or "No, not Spam".
Just an idea :)

My thoughts on this would be to only allow email from known contacts or domains to create tickets by sending in via email

hey Kris, we are discussing this feature. This is one we want to be very careful with. We want to make sure that customers always get all the needed emails. We also have a spam tagging option with our mail service provider. We are exploring all options.
