🦄 Business Hours are now available to configure via Settings at the organization level. This is used to determine first response time, default off hours, and will soon be available as a condition in Automations.
✨ Tickets - Toggle to send ‘Ticket Created’ email is now available on the New Ticket page
✨ Settings - Toggle to prepend ticket numbers to all outbound email is now available via the Email Configuration page
✨ Dashboard - Load performance has been significantly improved
✨ Approve & Invoice - Written off time and products are now visible in the Complete tab
✨ Billing - Time Spent has been overhauled in preparation for a move to the reports section
🐛 Billing - Fixed an issue where ticket titles in the Time Spent report were not reflecting the latest change
🐛 Tickets - Fixed and issue where ‘Split Ticket’ was not functioning as intended
