Typical CRM (opportunity, lead, pipeline, and relationship/interaction management) functionality, Kanban views, and also basic list management or contact tagging would add great value for many providers using Gorelo.
Basic CRM combined with list management is an under-used method in most service provider toolkits, in my opinion.
As an example of what I mean, you could tag customers with for example “AWS” or “Microsoft-365” or “Product-that-I-need-to-notify-my-customer-about-if-they-have-downtime” and send a bulk email (with configurable templates, dynamic vars for name, etc.) to each contact in that list.
It would also help in conveying downtime to customers as you could email the entire companies contacts to let them know about downtime or other. The ability to schedule an email and also see if it was read would be of benefit too.
When an Quote (ties into the new quoting module) or opportunity is logged in the CRM and it is approved, send a contract for signing to the contact, once signed the lead could then flow into the projects module without requiring the information to be added again and it will keep all of that information/context for future reference which is valuable if in the future a question is raised about why something was done a certain way and you can point to the exact interaction/request from the pre-approval stage that took place.
The CRM and list management could also be adapted into simplistic email marketing fairly easily if desired.
