There's sometimes a need to run scripts on a monthly cadence. Supported scenarios should be:

- specific numbered day of the month E.g 15th of each month

- specific named day of the month E.g 2nd Tuesday of each month

- last day of the month E.g the last day in April would be the 30th

There should be a 'related' section on each asset/doc/contact/uptime that lets you link to other assets/docs/contacts/uptime etc.

This could be used to relate virtual machines (agent assets) with hypervisors (custom assets)... or important documents with related contacts/assets etc.

Correct me if I am wrong. Currently, we only have 1 check that covers all the drives. Would be nice to have different checks for different drives. Useful case: Drive 1 which has a capacity 100GBs. 91% of this is around 9 GBs free you need to action this as it's relatively low Drive 2 which has capacity 3TB. 91% of this is more or less 250 GBs, which is still plenty, you then need to adjust the threshold.

Apply a sentiment score to each inbound public comment and the overall ticket (recent comments are weighted higher).

This could be used for customer satisfaction reporting and to automatically escalate tickets if the sentiment becomes negative. (CSAT, NPS etc.)

We still have some devices with recovery partitions and thumbdrives. It would be good to be able to ignore disk space alerts on a specific drive without removing or supressing disk usage for the entire system.Best would be to never process or generate the alert for the specified drive. Next option would be to allow silencing of alerts for the specified drive.i.e. never alert or remediate disk usage for local drive Q because it’s a recovery partition that will always be at 99%, but process alerts on C: and D: normally.

A tax rate should be associated with each client. Each client location also needs its own tax rate. When billing hardware, the tax rate for the client or location should automatically be applied. In the US, every city has its own tax rate. Some cities even have multiple tax rates depending on your address. We have to charge the appropriate tax rate based on the location it was installed.

Any chance of having the Apps list for assets cached so that we can see what is/was installed on a device when it's offline?

If a machine dies or is disconnected for an extended period while we prepare a new one, we have no reference to check what extra bits of software might have been installed.

Allow msps to initiate a chat session with clients without connecting via remote control. This will enable to the employee to reduce call times, log and save conversations and chat with the clients without interrupting their work. Since all msps work differently, an option to initiate the chat solely from the portal side would be great as well as the ability to turn off said setting and allow bi-directional chat initiation. Lastly, the option to tie the chat conversation to a ticket would be a great addition.
