CRM - Broadcast Message

This is similar to the existing "Assets - Broadcast Message" feature request, but this is specific to email or maybe eventually tray communications. Having the ability to send out notifications/alerts to clients at a global/client/location level would go a long way in staving off loads of duplicate tickets in the event of a service outage and change management. Additional templates could be built for specific circumstances as well.
