Edit Invoice as creating it

Currently you have to “Create” an invoice, then you can edit the description of the items. Then you have to update again. Then you have to “Approve” the invoice, and wait about a minute.

My suggestions:
1) Allow editing description before you ‘create’ the invoice
2) Allow you to select ‘approved’ before creating the invoice

For bonus points:
3) Allow editing (or at least viewing) the invoice number as you are creating it (like Xero!)
4) Have "Create, Approve and Send” button to save waiting & multiple steps!
