Follow up reminder

Sometimes, we know that we need to follow up a ticket on a certain date. Like a to-do list.
It would be good to be able to have a follow up date field. And when that date is reached, the ticket somehow makes itself persistently known. Either a different colour border in the list, a banner or something that will make it clear that it needs attending to.
When we have a long list of tickets (and we do), it’s easy to miss out on a follow up if it’s just mentioned in the ticket comments.
