Adding a field to select a direct report contact. When a ticket is created via email or manually, if a direct report contact is added to the contact’s details, they will always get a copy of the ticket and all correspondence. Removes the need for a CC, and will ensure that all ticket updates including creation and closure are CC’d to that DR contact.
