A tax rate should be associated with each client. Each client location also needs its own tax rate. When billing hardware, the tax rate for the client or location should automatically be applied. In the US, every city has its own tax rate. Some cities even have multiple tax rates depending on your address. We have to charge the appropriate tax rate based on the location it was installed.
