SNMP Monitoring / Automation

This obviously opens up a huge amount of options and capability, and would be a very welcome addition to Gorelo.

Essentially adds the ability to monitor almost any (?) non-PC / non-Mac asset, including specifically our most common use case: printers.

A SNMP schema/template library wouldn't go astray either - and one that could be shared with other Gorelo users would be a win.
