When entering time, the work type is hidden under the ‘add more detail’ dropdown.
I frequently switch between doing onsite work and remote work, often when in a rush or busy closing off many tickets at once, I forget to update the work type or contract type as it is not right in front of me.
This then marks the time as remote and, due to our set up, skips all invoice approvals and flows to complete, getting missed by some billing steps.
It would be good to have the work type on the initial screen with the date/start/end time so you can ensure you are submitting the correct type of time easily from the main screen.
Possibly the contract option could be there also, then if you are doing work which is not covered under contract, that can be easily toggled to non-contract.
