This is sort of a dream feature but hopefully achievable.
We often get requests to cleanup/delete old Users because most clients don't bother to let us know when they've terminated someone. With our old RMM, I would have a kind of script to dump a list of Users from Active Directory into an Email to the Customer each month. This even gets ignored half the time.
What I would looooove, is a synchronised/current list of Users (from AD inc Display Name and Group Membership) and Email Accounts (from M365 inc Display Name & Groups) to appear in each Client for quick reference, but also, to appear in the Client's Portal.
**The query against an AD Server would refer to the 'Active Directory' Asset tag.
**The query against M365 might be part of the CIPP once that's integrated.
In the Client's Portal, the client could select any relevant Users/Emails and raise a Ticket from the selection.
I will happily bow to you, the Gorelo gods, if this can be introduced! :D
