Visual alert if ticket currently viewed by another tech

It's great having the ability to see who else has the ticket open, however it is very easy to miss.

I would suggest when you view a ticket, or a ticket that you are viewing gets viewed by another tech, this div flashes (say, red?) for a few seconds.
