API Changes 2026-10-02

This is an API-only update that includes breaking changes. Product updates will follow in a separate release.

⚠️ API - PATCH /v1/clients and PATCH /v1/contacts have moved to /v1/clients/{clientId} and /v1/contacts/{contactId}. The old paths return 405.

⚠️ API - GET /v1/tickets/statuses - BaseStatusId is now BaseStatus { Id, Name }. On client domains, StatusId is now Status { Id, Name }.

⚠️ API - PATCH /v1/tickets/{ticketId} - BillingOverride.ServiceLineId: null now clears the contract override. Omit the field to leave it unchanged.

⚠️ API - GET /v1/contracts - StartDate and EndDate are now calendar dates (2026-09-01) instead of timestamps.

⚠️ API - Agents and uptime checks - an unassigned ClientId or LocationId is now null instead of -1.

⚠️ API - Comment attachments must be files uploaded through POST /v1/attachments. Put external links in the comment body instead.
