Release Notes 2022.04.20

  • ✨ Tickets - Forwarding an email to Gorelo will now attempt to assign the correct Client/Contact

  • ✨ Tickets - Popouts have been improved for simplicity and performance

  • ✨ Contacts - Fields are now aligned with M365 for simplicity (and preparation for an eventual sync integration)

  • ✨ Forms - 10x UI/UX enhancements to the Form Builder have been made… from hover improvements to improved navigation (and more to come!)

  • ✨ Forms - 12x UI/UX enhancements to Form Submissions have been made… from URL improvements to notifications (and more to come!)

  • ✨ Forms - Submissions are now posted on the ticket timeline (behind a 'more' button)

  • ✨ Forms - Submission fields now have basic validation for phone, email, date etc.

  • ✨ Forms - 'Yes/No' (boolean) field has been added!

  • ✨ Shortcuts - 'Post with pending' option is now available for public comments

  • ✨ Scripts - Variables are now supported (improvements to come!)

  • ✨ Settings - Custom domain will automatically become the default when added for the first time

  • ✨ Settings - Users can now be automatically assigned to inbound tickets (via Email Configuration)

  • 🐛 Invoices - Last letter of name is no longer clipped on invoice emails

  • 🐛 Search - Client -> Contracts shortcut now works as intended when used in quick succession

  • 🐛 Tickets - Client Focus no longer fails intermittently

  • 🐛 Invoices - Intermittent error while changing Work Type on an invoice has been resolved
