Release Notes 2022.05.26

🦄 Contacts - Contacts not assigned to a client are now temporary and purged after 90 days unless edited or toggled to permanent. This is to avoid contact bloat due to spam and transient senders.

🦄 Alerts - Third-party alerts can now be ingested via email!

🦄 Calendar - User calendars can now be synced with Microsoft 365! Limited features but many improvements to come.

✨ Tickets - Contacts can now be searched when adding a Third-Party Conversation

✨ Tickets - Multiple user can be added to a Checklist Item via a Group

✨ Shortcuts - On Hold status can now set a reason and Closed status can now close the tab/notification

✨ Shortcuts - Wait block 'Provide on trigger' now let's you pick the date/time to occur

✨ Shortcuts - Private messages can now trigger after a Wait block

✨ Contacts - List and detail pages have been aligned

✨ Settings - Organization locations are now geocoded via an address (this is to set the default Country code for phone numbers)

🐛 General - 'Set User Status' popup no longer appears over the top of the reset password screen
