  • General - Search fields like Client/Contact/Assignee now show a list without having to type

  • Tickets - Cc contacts on inbound public comments are now listed and can be quickly added to the ticket

  • Search - Client Focus can now be set in global search

  • Alerts - Each individual alert is now shown when count number is clicked

  • Profile - Notification subscription has been moved to user profile settings

  • Uptime - UI and UX has been overhauled

  • 🐛 Tabs - Old data no longer appears momentarily when moving between tabs

  • 🐛 Tickets - Temporary contact icons now display as intended

  • 🐛 Tickets - Pasting in a checklist item with existing text now works as expected

  • 🐛 Tickets - Add to calendar time of 12:00pm no longer throws errors
