🦄 Automation engine has been released in alpha! A few basic triggers, conditions and actions are available for testing with heaps more to come. Please let us know of anything and everything you’d like to see added :)

✨ Assets - Script run history now shows the current and previous month

✨ Assets - Entra ID email address is now shown as the ‘Last Logged in User’ on the Asset List and RMM dropdown on tickets.

✨ Tickets - Recent activity is now generated when an approver responds

✨ Tickets - Ticket state is now changed from read to unread when an approver responds

✨ Tickets - Horizontal scrollbars have been improved (used when absolutely required)

✨ Uptime - Description field is no longer mandatory

✨ General - Redesigned Login, MFA and Password Reset

🐛 Calendar & To Do - Fixed an issue where full day schedules were not working as intended when editing

🐛 Forms - Fixed an issue where tags were disappearing on navigation and refresh

🐛 M365 CIPP - Fixed an issue where ticket auto responses would use stale data
