🦄 Spam email is now intercepted and displayed in a dedicated area for you to Create a ticket or Delete. Currently, our filtering thresholds are extremely conservative to minimize false positives. Protection levels will increase with additional email volume and as patterns emerge.

✨ Assets - Antivirus Check now alerts based on hours for simplicity

✨ Assets - Agent start-up calls have been reduced to improve response time

✨ Tickets - Email reply threads are now constructed with the signature-free version of the public comment

✨ Tickets - ‘reply above this text’ in email reply threads has been reduced in size and changed to white

✨ Invoices - Dynamic quantity contacts/assets are now in alphabetical order on the Invoice PDF

🐛 Tickets - Fixed an issue where AI was occasionally trimming the content of tables
