Can you believe it’s been six months since we opened the doors to Gorelo for Early Access? And only two months since our official launch! 🚀

We’ve been flat out building new features, improving our infrastructure and finalising our SOC 2 requirements — on the home stretch for that last one :)

So what did we get done this week?

🦄 Apps Layout - We now aggregate every application (and version) across your assets — filter using existing views and columns, see how many assets each application is installed on and even drill into the underlying assets to take action.

✨ Contracts - You can now choose to prorate items on a contract and add the partial charges to the next invoice or generate a standalone invoice.

✨ Uptime - Overhauled for stability and scalability plus we’ve introduced a dedicated IP for each region: Seattle: 4.155.147.168, Sydney: 4.197.194.140 (UK is coming very soon)

✨ Assets - OS Name filter is now populated dynamically

✨ Scripts - Compatibility has been significantly improved

🐛 Assets - Fixed an issue where extended warranty periods were not reflected in the expiration date

🐛 Portal - Fixed an issue where the ‘Awaiting payment’ button could result in a 404

🦄 Related Items! You can now relate Contacts/Documents/Assets with each other and upload attachments :)

🦄 Generate public links to docs for anyone to access (no auth needed). This will use your custom portal URL and branding if you have it configured :)

🦄 Webhooks can now be called via automation rules! Raw JSON and Teams template

🦄 Bring backups directly into Gorelo with our Slide integration. View the status of existing snapshots and even initiate a new snapshot from the Asset Detail page :)

🦄 Client Portal now supports magic link for authentication via email

🦄 Insights for tickets! Open the Insights panel on the right side and you’ll see recent tickets by the same client and contact. We’ll soon show similar tickets and relevant documents surfaced by AI.

🦄 Gorelo Connect (our native remote access tool) is here! 🎉 Along with remote file explorer. All new signups will have this by default… existing users can add the Gorelo Connect plugin to their policies

🦄 AI Ticket Types! You can now enable Ticket Types, create your own and have AI automatically set this on inbound tickets.

🦄 AI Sentiment Analysis is here! We'll automatically score all inbound comments and notify your chosen groups when deemed negative based on the range you've configured. This helps you catch potentially unhappy clients before issues escalate, letting you prioritize tickets that need immediate attention. Configure your sensitivity thresholds and notification preferences in Settings > AI > Sentiment Analysis

🦄 AI Ticket Tags is here! Add your own Ticket tags with a detailed description and Gorelo will automatically suggest or apply them

🦄 AI Ticket Summary is here! Click the little summary icon up the top-right of the ticket (below the status) to generate a summary. It will use the timeline as context and summarize key actions/events.

🦄 AI Prompt Management is here! Head over to Settings → AI → Prompt Management and set up your own custom prompts (Generate Reply or Rephrase). You'll have full control over tone and style while still letting AI do the heavy lifting

🦄 Advanced Tax for US organizations! Navigate to Settings → Billing → Invoice Settings and toggle on Advanced Tax. This enables more detailed tax settings, including client-level, labor-level and 'Tax Exempt' override.
