Further updates will follow in a separate release.⚠️ API - GET /v1/tickets - <code>IsAwaitingClient</code> has been renamed to <code>IsWaitingOnThem</code>, and the SLA <code>Minutes</code> field has been renamed to <code>ElapsedBusinessMinutes</code>⚠️ API - GET /v1/assets/agents - <code>ClientLocationId</code> has been renamed to <code>LocationId</code>, and <code>WarrantyExpiryDate</code> has been split into <code>WarrantyStartDate</code> and <code>WarrantyEndDate</code>. Applies to both the agent list and get-by-id.⚠️ API - GET /v1/contacts - <code>ClientLocationId</code> has been renamed to <code>LocationId</code>. Applies to the contact list, get-by-id, POST and PATCH responses.
