If you opted in, your tenant will be migrated to our new Australia East region across two evenings. This page covers everything you need to know: what's happening, what to expect, and what you need to do.
As part of our Australia East region migration, we will be performing Asset Migration for tenants that opted into the AU migration.
Before the window:
To ensure a smooth migration, please have as many of your assets online as possible. If any devices are currently offline, try to bring them online over the coming days so they can migrate across β any assets offline during the window will migrate automatically the next time they come online.
What to expect:
No action or assistance will be required from end users
There will be no service outage during the migration
No data loss is expected as part of this activity
You are not expected to experience any issues across any area of the application
Users who are actively working during the migration window may experience an automatic app refresh
The application switchover will be instantaneous; however, device migration may take up to 30 minutes to complete
Users of the native application will be automatically logged out and will need to sign in again once the migration is complete
Application performance will be temporarily degraded until the data cutover is completed, with full performance expected to be restored by Saturday at 11:00pm AEST

We will begin migrating data at 5:00pm AEST, which is expected to take approximately 2 hours. Once the data migration completes, we will first verify that all data has been successfully migrated before switching over production tenants β this verification may take up to an additional 3 hours.
Please do not create, update, or post any data during this 5-hour window (2 hours for migration plus up to 3 hours for verification) β changes made during this period will be lost. This includes:
Incoming data from external integrations β inbound emails, invoice webhooks, automations, and triggers β will not be processed and will be lost
Any data created or updated by technicians during this period β tickets, clients, assets, and related records β will also be lost
After the switchover, update your Public API endpoint:

The following historical data will not carry over to the new region:
Check run history
Email logs history
Invoice sync error logs
All other data will be migrated in full.
