We’ve had a quiet few weeks when it comes to releases, but that’s because we’re hard at work behind the scenes on some really exciting developments. We’re focusing on a few major projects that will bring significant improvements to Gorelo in the lead up to our launch. Here’s a sneak peek of what we’re working on right now:

• Front-end Restructure: We're improving performance and scalability while also setting the stage for future development opportunities. A preview should be ready by the beginning of Q4.

• Automation Engine: Automate workflows based on event and time triggers! A preview is set for early Q4.

• Scheduled Tickets: Create recurring tickets across your client base. Expect a preview by mid-Q4.

• Native Remote Access: Bringing remote access directly into Gorelo, with a preview available before the end of Q4.

• ✨ Assets - UPN (email address) is now shown for EntraID users on Asset Detail (exciting stuff to come based on this)

• ✨ Contracts - Period of half-yearly is now an available option

• ✨ Portal - Tickets created via the Portal now generate an automatic email

• ⚡General - Billing and email API calls have been migrated to containers apps

• 🐛 Forms - Fixed an issue where conditional logic was not functioning as intended via the Portal

• 🐛 Reports - Fixed an issue where the Time Spent report was not exporting the correct columns
