🦄 Settings - Text variables in Ticket Shortcuts have been overhauled for consistency and a new UI has been implemented — indicated by a {..} button when available. This same experience will soon be coming to other areas and allows us to expand on text variable usage throughout Gorelo E.g. {{client.name}}

✨ Settings - Layout of the User Detail popup has been improved and a dynamic example for ‘Display Name when sending Public Comments’ is now available

✨ Contacts - Last name is no longer auto-populated with a copy of the first name for contacts created via email

✨ Tickets - ‘Ticket created’ emails are now clipped in the UI if a reply is received

✨ Tickets - Closed tickets with invoiced or approved time/products can now have their status changed — partial billing will then be used for additional time/products.

🐛 Tickets - Fixed an issue where the timer was stopping when a phone number was clicked

🐛 Tickets - Fixed an issue where the after-hours Work type was not reverting when changing time back to regular hours

🐛 Tickets - Fixed an issue where the time spent popup was not appearing when closing tickets that had an active timer
