📱 Gorelo Mobile — Clients and Contacts, now in your pocket
Clients and Contacts are now in the mobile app. You can browse clients using the same saved views you have on web, then open a client to see its locations, domains, custom fields and timeline, and go straight to its tickets or assets. Contacts work the same way. You can view and edit them on the go, and changes sync live with web.
📱 Mobile - Add, edit and delete ticket products from the ⋯ menu or the new Products tab
📱 Mobile - Asset Detail has a new Related button showing related assets and contacts. The Shortcuts popup is now searchable
📱 Mobile - The Ctrl+Alt+Del button is now shown on the login screen for easier access and then hides once a user is signed in
✨ Messenger - Link and Text cards can now be added multiple times
✨ Invoices - The “Pay Now” button is now hidden in invoice reminder emails when online payments aren’t set up
✨ Tickets - Ticket tags are now shown in alphabetical order
✨ API - API key permissions can now be edited after a key is created, under Settings → Integrations → Gorelo API. The key keeps working and the change applies straight away, so you no longer need to create a new key and revoke the old one
✨ API - GET /v1/documents and GET /v1/documents/{documentId} - list and read Documents, filtered by client, status, internal, parent, starred, portal, public link, title and created/updated dates. Needs the new Documents scope on your API key
✨ API - POST /v1/documents and PATCH /v1/documents/{documentId} - create, edit, nest, move, archive and restore documents. A new title or body is saved as a version, and archiving a document archives everything below it
✨ API - POST /v1/documents/{documentId}/duplicate - duplicate a document, including its own copy of every file
✨ API - GET /v1/documents/{documentId}/pdf - download a document as a PDF
✨ API - GET /v1/documents/{documentId}/versions and POST /v1/documents/{documentId}/versions/{versionId}/restore - view a document’s history and restore an earlier version
✨ API - GET, POST and DELETE /v1/documents/{documentId}/related-items - link documents to contacts, devices, custom assets, passwords and other documents
✨ API - POST /v1/attachments - upload files to a document (up to 25 MB), then add them with Attachments on PATCH /v1/documents/{documentId}
✨ API - PATCH /v1/assets/custom/{customAssetId} - move a custom asset to another client. Send the new ClientId with a LocationId (and ContactId) from that client
✨ API - Custom fields - a new Hide Value from API option keeps a client or asset custom field’s value out of the API. The field is still listed, with Value null and IsHidden true. Client custom fields can still be written through the API, so a script can save a value it can’t read back
⚠️ API - POST /v1/projects/{projectId}/comments and POST /v1/projects/{projectId}/tasks/{taskId}/comments - BodyText is no longer accepted. Send Body only
⚠️ API - PATCH /v1/clients/{clientId} - sending the same custom field twice in CustomProperties is now a 400
⚠️ API - GET /v1/clients and GET /v1/assets/agents - list items no longer include CustomProperties. Read them from the record by id
⚠️ API - Custom fields - every active field is now listed on a client or agent asset, not just the ones with a value. Value can be null, and the new IsSet shows whether a value is saved
⚠️ API - PATCH /v1/clients/{clientId} - a custom field with Value null now clears it back to its default. Number, Checkbox and Dropdown values must be valid for their type
🐛 API - Fixed an issue where attachment uploads were blocked by an incorrect size limit
🐛 Structured Docs - Fixed an issue where adding an option to an existing document created a duplicate document
🐛 QBO - Fixed an issue where the tax amount and invoice total changed in QuickBooks Online after an invoice was emailed
🐛 Invoices - Fixed an issue where emailed invoices weren’t added to the invoice timeline
🐛 Contracts - Fixed an issue where contracts linked to Pax8 subscriptions couldn’t be deleted
🐛 Connect - Fixed an issue where Gorelo Connect v2 background sessions could switch onto the user’s screen after a UAC prompt
🐛 Connect - Fixed an issue where a second technician in a Gorelo Connect v2 session could be disconnected as “too slow” by a download they didn’t request
🐛 Messenger - Fixed an issue where Messenger popped up automatically even with the sign-in prompt disabled
