It would be nice if more information synced to 365 with the calendar sync. It would be nice if the location information came over and also a like to the ticket in the description / notes.
Good to know I’m not crazy. I couldn’t see availability when I was scheduling.

💯 I concur having more ticket details would be beneficial.
Also, being able to select free/busy status when scheduling the ticket would be ideal. As it stands, any timeframe a ticket is scheduled everyone shows as busy when they may be available.
