Ability for customer to close a ticket via email. button.

Have the option for an outbound email to have an ‘Update’ or ‘Close’ if they are either commenting on a ticket,they would use ‘Update’

Or if we they are happy with the outcome, they can click ‘Close’ to close the ticket automatically.
Saves having to follow up if we think we have given them a fix by email.
