We have customers with contracts that allow flexing licences up and down. However we sometimes have an agreed minimum they shouldn’t go below. If we dynamically track the licence, this can happen and the customer gets invoiced for less than we purchase. This doesn’t happen for MS licences through PAX8 but can for anything that is direct billed and certainly for other dynamically tracked items through cipp.
Being able to set a minimum quantity on the product line would be ideal so if a customer scales down usage, the invoice still gets sent with the minimum agreed quantity.
