Acknowledgeable and repeatable @mentions

With tasks being further automated the repercussions for an @ mention being missed will likely increasing since there may not be anyone to “chase it up”.

Having a special type of mention to be used in various parts of the system which repeat mention until they are specifically acknowledged would be nice.

It could be “!@Person”.
