Add Hyper-V Management

Show a list of VMs on each Hyper-V host.

Allow basic actions like start, stop, and restart VMs.

Display VM status (running, stopped, etc.).

Send alerts if a VM goes offline or uses too many resources.

Include VM info in asset inventory and reports.
