Add privilege management

Software like AutoElevate already provides this capability, so there’s a clear use case. This could be built directly into Gorelo to remove the need for third-party tools.

Add support for elevation request handling within Gorelo:

• When a user requests elevation, allow technicians to approve or deny the request directly from Gorelo

• Support approvals via both the web portal and mobile app

  Provide options to:

• Elevate the current user session, or

• Run the application using administrator credentials

  Maintain a full audit log of all requests, including:

• Application details

• Device and user Approval/denial outcome

• Technician who actioned the request

• Timestamp

This would streamline privilege management and reduce reliance on additional products like AutoElevate.
