Add Switches for Work Type to enable for Project and Ticket time entries

Add the option on work types to enable for Projects and Tickets, so only specific types are visible to Project time entries and tickets.

Example:

Onsite Support (Tickets = Enabled; Projects = Disabled)

Remote Support (Tickets = Enabled; Projects = Disabled)

Network Engineer (Tickets = Enabled; Projects = Enabled)

M365 Engineer (Tickets = Enabled; Projects = Enabled)

Tickets would see all 4 work types for time entries.

Project time entries would only see Network Engineer and M365 Engineer.
