Approval feature in forms

Feature Request

Would be great for onboarding forms and others to be able to have an approval field where the form is sent to the designated person to approve the new user set up. In larger companies various people request new users to be set up. Having the form emailed to their manager or HR department to approve the new user or at least advise them of the new user request would be a great feature.

    This is exactly what we use on an almost daily basis. Tons of requests come in that we need approval from a manager or another authority before we can proceed with processing the request. Approvals would be great to have included in the workflow as we currently have to send a separate email over to the approving authority and wait for a response and copy the approval note into the ticket.
