Approval feature in forms

Would be great for onboarding forms and others to be able to have an approval field where the form is sent to the designated person to approve the new user set up. In larger companies various people request new users to be set up. Having the form emailed to their manager or HR department to approve the new user or at least advise them of the new user request would be a great feature.
