On the Approval option within tickets, it would be good to have the ability to select a template, rather than having to copy and paste HTML in each time.
Iβm looking at using approvals for ordering kit, but also software licencing orders so there is slight variation in what we need to input on the order. A link to software licencing T&Cβs and a message about the order or a message on when the client will be billed and terms for hardware orders would be better than a plain text message.
A drop down to select from multiple template options we can create would be great to allow users to quickly ask for approval for specific items or software with only having to edit minimal details.
