Archive assets

would be really good to have an archive assets funciton, similar to how syncro do it, essentially allows us to keep data about devices but in an archiveable, none billable area. This means for some companies that need to keep hardware details on file for kit thats been disposed off it can then be kepy on gorlo rather than spreadsheets that dont get updated.

Gotten around it so far with a different location but an actual funciton would be nice.
