We need a way to archive customers even if their contracts have already been archived. Currently, the system requires us to delete archived contracts before a customer can be archived, but we want to keep these contracts for record-keeping purposes.
To manage inactive customers, we have already archived their contacts, assets, and tickets, set end dates for their contracts, and left invoices active so we can continue following up on payments. Is there a way for us to archive customers without having to delete their archived contracts, enabling us to maintain complete historical records while managing customer data effectively?
