Add an Azure Australia East deployment so our ANZ partners get lower latency and local data residency. This runs alongside our existing US West infrastructure.
Australian data residency is now live on Microsoft Azure (Australia East)!
Over the weekend of 19–20 June, all tenants that opted into the migration were successfully moved to Australia East. Thank you to everyone for your patience and cooperation during the cutover window. All other tenants are unaffected and remain on West US 2.
Signups will reopen on Monday 22 June. From then onwards, new trials will be asked to choose their data region (Australia or United States) at signup — this is a permanent choice, as data cannot be migrated between regions later.
AUD billing will be available in the near future for all tenants in the Australia East region. Until then, you'll continue to be invoiced in USD.

organization owners only.
The migration itself will be a one-time event with brief, scheduled downtime — we'll communicate specific dates and times in advance. If no selection is made by the deadline, your organization will remain on US infrastructure.

Australian data residency is coming to Gorelo! We're building out infrastructure in Australia so MSPs can choose to host their data locally instead of in the United States.
If you're an organization owner, you'll soon see an in-app prompt to opt in or opt out of migration. The migration itself will be a one-time event with brief, scheduled downtime — we'll communicate specific dates and times in advance. If no selection is made by the deadline, your organization will remain on US infrastructure.
Heads up: this is a permanent decision. If Gorelo opens additional regions in the future, organizations on Australian infrastructure won't be eligible to migrate to them.

Public API users on Australia East should now use https://api.aue.gorelo.io/. The previous https://api.usw.gorelo.io/ endpoint remains active for US-hosted tenants.
