Automation

Under Automation, it would be nice if there was some way to do one or both of the following.

When ticket is closed: Unassign all assignees.

or better yet

When a user is removed from Gorelo it would remove them from all of their tickets. Maybe auto assign them to another user of our choice (The second part of this I think might be doable already if a user is unassigned from a ticket)
