We have been playing around with the 'Automation’ feature and would like to have the ability to add an ‘else’ option.
If ticket status is set to Solved & tag is set to Level 1
Then after 3 days comment ‘@’Heinrich
Else if ticket excludes Level 1 tag
Then ‘@’Tony
Can we have Exceptions and Else if statements (akin to Outlook rules)
Please let me know if this isn’t clear enough
