Banner/Flag on Contacts

Like Banners on Clients & Devices, is it possible to extend this to Contacts? There are times that we come across a precious/whiny/problematic person within an otherwise great client. I'd love to be able to flag specific contacts so that everyone is warned about said 'karen/kyle' when they raise a ticket.
