Bidirectional Ticket & Invoice Linking with Payment Status

It would be helpful to have better visibility and navigation between related tickets and invoices in Gorelo.

Proposed Functionality

1. Display Related Invoices on Tickets

• Add a section to the ticket's Info or Insights tab that displays all invoices associated with that ticket.

• Show the invoice number and current payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Partially Paid, Overdue, etc.).

• Make each invoice number a clickable hyperlink that opens the corresponding invoice.

• Support multiple invoices associated with a single ticket.

2. Display Related Tickets on Invoices

• Add a similar section to the invoice details page showing all tickets associated with that invoice.

• Make each ticket number a clickable hyperlink that opens the corresponding ticket.

• Support invoices associated with multiple tickets.

3. Bidirectional Relationships

• The relationship should be visible from both sides, regardless of whether you're viewing the ticket or the invoice.

• If an invoice is linked to multiple tickets, each ticket should display that invoice.

• If a ticket has multiple invoices, all related invoices should be displayed.

• Ideally, these relationships would update automatically when tickets are added to or removed from invoices.

Why This Would Be Useful

This would make it much easier to navigate between tickets and invoices without having to manually search for related records.

For example, when reviewing a completed service ticket, we could immediately see whether the work has been invoiced and whether payment has been received. Similarly, when reviewing an invoice, we could quickly access the tickets associated with the billed work.

Overall, this would improve workflow efficiency, reduce unnecessary navigation, and provide better visibility into the billing status of service tickets.
