Billed Time Reduction on tickets

To sum it up in an example, 1 hour spend on a ticket but only 30 minutes of it billable.

Rather than having to do two entries, are we able to have an option to reduce/subtract the billable time within the ticket? I’ve used it on CW before and it would be good to get it here.
