Feature Request

  • Automatically calculate block hours based on user count (e.g., 1 hour per 5 users).

  • Allow custom rules per client (e.g., 10 users = 3 hours/month).

  • Track usage against allocated hours.

  • Alert when usage is close to the limit.

  • Include in reporting and billing tools.

    Found this feature request after creating one for block hour tracking in the client portal. Commenting here as this is much more thorough than my request which focuses mainly on the last three bullet points, which are what’s pertinent to my use case. Hope these get implemented!
