Browser Tab Notification

When I have 8+ tabs open in my browser, it would be nice if the Gorelo browser tab would show a signal (i.e. small colored dot) that something has changed (new notification) so I don’t have to constantly go back to my Gorelo tab to see if I have new tickets/replies/notifications.
