I want to be able to select multiple/all clients at once when creating tickets. This should create a ticket with identical details for each client we selected.
Often we push changes that affect each company, and we want to notify them each individually without having to manually make the tickets one at a time.
Also Iβm not sure if this exists, but allow us to bulk add comments to multiple tickets at once (with added time) for the same reason.
