Hi Kris, the client portal allows for self-service when it comes to forms. The expiration is a security feature as we'll be exposing sensitive information in the future E.g a list of contacts, locations, assets, M365 security groups etc.

Mikel Wellsmore does it have to be that way though? Can we not have some that don't expose that info? Surely a new user/exit user flow is common to a lot of MSPs, right?

I understand the problem with potentially exposing sensitive information. But in the interest of making things easier for more technically challenged (or lazy) clients, the option to create a permanent URL, with a security warning just in case, would be a nice feature. That way the client doesn’t have to remember how to login or use another system, they can just click a link they have bookmarked/documented, fill in the blanks and submit. Maybe even have the security warning pop up if the form actually contains sensitive information.
