Ability to add a "Non Contact" as a "Cc" on a ticket for public thread
Would be handy to add a CC that is not a full contact in ticket public threads. Handy for scenarios such as ticket threads that involve a third party but is not a separate conversation.

I agree this would be very useful, we’ve hit this issue ourselves and we’ve only been here a month.
