Collect CSAT and show on public URL

Hey

We collect CSAT on every ticket and after sanitising to only show first name, review score and comment we put this on a public URL (json data) - which our website accesses on page load to randomly show a review on page load from the past 30 days. Makes great social proof/fomo (obviously only show the good reviews just in case!).
