Contacts with multiple organisations

We have a number of people who hold positions in multiple businesses, or who we do work for privately outside of their main business. Usually they have a different email address for each one, but not always. At present we can’t assign a contact to multiple clients, and we can’t add multiple contacts with the same email address.
